Project Hope, a social action curriculum to confront bullying in elementary schools, was developed by the Institute for Human Rights at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in collaboration with the UAB School of Education. It was commissioned by the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) of the Northern District of Alabama to assist young students in making good decisions relating to bullying, behavior online, violence, and other delinquent behaviors. It is designed to be a resource for teachers, schools, and students to guide them in developing their approach to confronting bullying in their schools.
